Rice, sugar, macaroni, spaghetti, flour, maize meal, fish oil, salt, tinned fish, bully beef, stamp and beans, oats, Weetbix, milk, spices, baked beans, mixed vegs, peas, dried peas, sweetcorn, stock cubes, tea, coffee, soup mix, lentils, and vinegar etc.
